Jacksonville Real Estate Experience

Ayman Kamal, MBA is the Broker and Owner of AMK Network Realty, an independent residential real estate brokerage serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.

With 30 years of Jacksonville real estate experience, Ayman represents both buyers and sellers and personally manages his clients' transactions from the initial consultation through negotiation and closing. Clients work directly with Ayman rather than being handed off to junior agents or team members.

His real estate experience includes residential homes, waterfront and Intracoastal properties, luxury homes, new construction, condominiums, investment properties, and residential land throughout Duval and St. Johns counties.

Ayman also brings an extensive background in finance, business strategy, and consulting to his real estate practice. He earned an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, and Management Information Systems from the University of North Florida and spent more than 17 years in senior finance and operations roles with Fortune 100 companies.

That combination of real estate experience, financial analysis, negotiation, and business strategy provides clients with a practical and analytical approach to buying and selling real estate.

My family and I enjoy an active lifestyle, including travel, hiking, boating, and spending time outdoors. That personal perspective, combined with 30 years of Jacksonville real estate experience, helps me understand what many families are really trying to accomplish when choosing where to live.

Over the years, I have developed particular familiarity with many Northeast Florida communities, including Glen Kernan, Pablo Creek Reserve, Seven Pines, Tamaya, the Intracoastal area, and other golf, waterfront, and country club communities.
