Best Realtor you could possibly have! Ayman went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. We used his services to buy our house in Jacksonville and could not be happier. We were very right on time and the market was very competitive. He was very quick at updating us with listings once they go on the market and helped us with virtual tours as we were out of state. Hands down, the best home hunting experience my husband and I have had. From day 1. From day 1, he made himself available all the time, and he was extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails. He had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. He had a great attention to details, and he provided detailed analysis and critique of the houses we saw. He was patient with us. A matter of fact, he pointed out any drawbacks in houses that we saw, including the ones we considered placing an offer, even if the house was more expensive. He made the entire process seamless, and he walked us through all the ins and outs of home buying. He was able to negotiate a great price. He is very competent and has excellent advertising and negotiation skills. He is always available by text, phone or email and update you real-time. Ayman was a great help in my home search. I was moving back to Jacksonville after 5 years in Texas. He had over a dozen homes lined up for viewing my first weekend in town and met me after work a couple of times, before I found a nice home close to work. I appreciate his patience as my girlfriend and I visited homes all over the southside of Jacksonville. He guided me through the home buying process and saved me some money along the way.
